 I never heard Christmas or GOD or JESUS being used as a reason to stop the government from doing its job. A first. By all means wait until the holidays are over sometime in January and then get back to doing the job.

Sure. Why not? What could it hurt?

A new reason to abrogate responsibility and well heII's bellsl why limit it to one particular "holiday"? Why hurt all the other holidays on the calendar? Just shut things down so folks can have a chance to holiday appropriately. Government can wait. It's flexible. Folks will adjust. No big deal.

    Does not bother me. I know their will be no removal and this ensures re-election.

    They need to just vote on it. And they need to vote on USMCA.
