Brexit which was spearheaded by Johnson was passed by the people in 2016. Just before our 2016 election. 

Yes I know but has taken very long and it has not been an easy peasy thing. Some parts of the UK didn't want out and so the fighting has been continuing on. What does that have to do with the head's saying "a harbinger of what's to come"? I took it to mean it's coming to America. Now we are not in the European Union so how that applies here I don't know except the divisiveness and hate that exists between the opposing sides. Thank you for your reply.
