An Answermug friend raises the issue of reincarnation on a question thread. Perhaps that is the answer to WHY?

Perhaps children who are born to parents who rape them abuse them torture them or even kill are simply living what they wrought in prior lifetimes. Could that possibly be? It is their "reward" for past lives in which they were the torturers rapists abuses murderers? One wonders.
