Amazon "alexa" began speaking and then went rogue and told Danni it would be great to just stab herself in the heart for the greater good of the planet.
Wasn't there a movie about a rogue robot who "talked" other robots into attacking humans? I vaguely remember something like that with Will Smith maybe? Anyway if the machines turn on us d'ya think we'd have a chance? Cars that would purposed crash or electronic devices that would electrucute us? There was a Twilight Zone about a guy whose electric devices turned on him en masse because he has abused them or something. Scary! Thank you for your reply Walt and Happy Tuesday. I'm gonna ask.
The movie Maximum Overdrive had vehicles, appliances, and all sorts of mechanical/electrical things turn against humans. And that was before all our "smart" technology. At the end, it is revealed it was caused by an extraterrestrial intelligence that was blown up by a Russian satellite.
