The XYZ's have no interest in him so they simply ignore him. Too busy attending to their Zebras to bother with the likes of him.
Now there is an entire rest of the alphabet between the ABC and XYZ. Are you in there somewhere or do your loyalties lie with the abc guy? Are you an animal lover and attend to your zebras devotedly exclusively?
