Scandinavians can be blue-eyed blonds as can some Spaniards. I expect there are some Jewish folks who are blue-eyed blonds. They may have been born in Germany as well. They were not NAZIS you see so the blue-eyed blond alone is not the criterion upon which to base anything. It must be QUALIFIED which I just attempted to do.
