You gotchure constructors (cheerleaders) and your destructors (knocker downers). Some folks are happy some are just crappy. NATURE/NURTURE?

Some folks are encouragers and happy to see others succeed. Others would rather drop dead than give anyone any encouragement at any time for any reason.

So is it in the DNA and they are just born that way or does it take careful nurturing and education to crappify them for life?
