She is right. And seems to be the only Dem who knows it.
Why is she a "fake Dem"? Because the Dem establishment does not like her?
Her positions on policy line up with the Dem platform.

I don't know about Democratic party members in general, but several people on the political left also believe the impeachment is a political benefit to President Trump. Both liberal agitator Michael Moore and political commentator/YouTube producer Kyle Kushinski have stated they believe the impeachment makes it more likely Trump will be reelected.

I think that's currently unclear. What is fairly certain is Trump's base will show up and vote. That means Trump is sure to get about 63 million to 64 million popular votes.

If Democrats are motivated and show up in numbers similar to 2008, the Democratic candidate will get close to 70 million votes, making a Democratic victory almost certain.

If Democrats are only as motivated as they were in 2016, then the Democratic candidate will likely get 65-66 million votes, and who wins will depend greatly on the Electoral College distribution. Trump's "margin of victory" in 2016 was about 70,000 votes in particular states. In an election of 130 million voters, that margin is basically not discernible from statistical noise.

I believe the impeachment makes GOP more determined to vote.
I also believe after the failure to remove President Trump from office many younger or more extreme voters will be more cynical about politics and some will stay home.

I do not agree with Michael Moore on much. But I do give him credit in 2016, he also said he was worried about Trump winning.

If the Dems want to win, they are going to have to move from the coasts.

I don't think the impeachment makes any difference to GOP turnout.

Three years of useless Trump policies (the deficit spending, the joke of a border wall, the failed trade war, the failed engagement with North Korea, etc.) haven't discouraged the MAGAts. I don't think anything short of Trump shooting someone in the street (and it would have to be an old white person in Hickston, AL. MAGAts would rationalize away Trump shooting an African-American on 5th Ave in New York City) will.

So the GOP vote is a given.

You may be correct about young voter cynicism (which is, of course, a desired outcome of the GOP's "alternative facts" gaslighting campaigns)

More GOP will be out this year. There were still alot of never-Trumpers around then. They are still do not like Trump but they have no choice and the dumb dumbs who think they need someone to tell them what to do will have all the talking heads saying support Trump this time.
Also independents do not like how Schiffty/Pelosi/Nadler handled their side....obviously biased.
