That would take planning and this crazed bull paper tiger don has none. He operates by GUT by INSTINCT by DESIRE by for and whom whatever is around him at the time to whisper in his ear "why don't you do this m'dear?" and he do it. Bingo. Impulse. Instant. Reactive.

What next will be his impulse act.

    His "strategy" is to take the countries eyes off his impeachment and other blunders he makes that he can't totally lie his way out of.  Of course, his "strategies", much like everything else he does, are never fully thought through (he relies on blind luck).

    Of course and as the level of frantic erratic obsession rises he will strike out and do more awful. He is a wounded animal. You know what hunters do to them. The crazed bull paper tiger don will outdo himself with ghastly attempts at having us forget he is DAMAGED GOODS. CHIPPED DISCOLORED DEFECTIVE. Good try but no cigar.
