He can't think two steps ahead. He does not anticipate or foresee anything. His brain does not operate like that.
He is oblivious to the potentialities of his words/deeds until they occur. His brain is always taking a long walk off a very short plank. When he gets wet he is enraged not realizing it was through his own stupidity what happened happened.
