    If I took my wife, there would be little peace and tranquility. I'd take my cat. Personally, I'd rather go to Xanadu.

    I'm truly sorry to  hear that E. I would expect your wife doesn't know that. It would be very hurtful to her if she did. Everyone has his/her own personal idea of paradise Xanadu will do for you. Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday to thee! :)

    In a heartbeat!

    What constitutes as Shangri La is different to everyone.  My version of 'Shangri La' is mountains where there are few people.  Bore me??  No!!!!  The worst would be getting too old to manage it anymore (we all get there eventually).

    Everyone (well maybe not some) has his/her own personal idea of paradise Shuhak. For me it would be what is absent hate greed envy fury and selfish self-centered self-serving psychobabble homo saps. SIGH. Thank you for your reply! That's also my idea of Heaven. There would still be differences of opinion but they would be discussed cordially respectfully calmly without the vicious vitriolic lying betray corrupting attendant thereto. Sigh.
