2. An instance of great veneration of a person, ideal or thing especially as manifested by a body of admirers
3. The object of such devotion
So the dumb don adoring worshippers all belong to the cult. The system is whatever dumb don decrees
The admirers are the rally goers and his devoted defenders we see in glorious rapture when he is present.
The dumb don cult is alive and well. I don't know if it is ebbing or flowing but they are out there in the multitudes. I wonder when he will give them the koolaid laced with poison?
