Allegedly all ambulance chasers are officers of the court. As such when they LIE UNDER OATH are they in more trouble than lay folks?

Shouldn't they be drawn and quartered and dungeoned for life? What is the obligation of an OFFICER OF THE COURT? WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES when the officer of the court obligation is ridiculed ignored trashed pooped upon BY THAT OCCIFER? No consequences? Another clawless toothless meaningless thing?
