All Lobbyists are bloodsuckers. Why not exterminate the vermin? They are not for the people at any time. What is their VALUE to us?

How would we eliminate them?

Lobbyists are needed. They are simply people who are educated on a specific issue and try to persuade a politician to support their side of an issue. 

Planned Parenthood/National Right to Life are BOTH lobbyists.
AARP are lobbyists. 
Everytown for Gun Safety/NRA are lobbyists

There are lobbyists on every side of every issue. We need make sure they are working within the rules...no bribery etc. 

I'll add to my2cents comments, this:

The Right to petition (aka "lobby") our government officials is guaranteed in the First Amendment.

One of the reasons we rebelled as colonists, was that the government refused to honor that right.
