We used to live NORMAL land where a defense attorney's job was to PROVE the defendant didn't do it. In ABNORMAL land?

The defense attorney convinces the jury that doing "it" isn't a crime. Why?

Because the defendant DID DO IT! So the only recourse is to attack the prosecution and justify the doing.

Can ya beat that?
