How about we mimic the Spanish Inquisition and use stretching racks to stretch out the limbs of don and his cabal et al? Ultimate dismembering of a body will occur if they don't rat out everyone. I expect being as how they are all yellow belly chicken cowards they'll rat out one another immediately.
Now do we need to build those racks or do some still exist in Spain? On the Plain where it rains?
