Imagine computers negotiating with one another? I think there'd be a better chance of bipartisanship with computer than with homo saps. Computers are unemotional and logical if the programming is effected by an intelligent programmer. So absent emotion running on logic would you like to live in that world where things get done and compromise is achieved or do you prefer this world where bipartisanship rocks and rolls/roles and rules and harms damages destroys lies subverts perverts?
