Did Al Dersh actually say "corruption by the president is effectively okay because his re-election is in the best interests of the public"?

Of which "public" doth he speak? His ilk? The MINORITY? The base and the toady sycophant spineless whinya** eunuchs? That "public"?

Apparently, he is channeling his inner Louis XIV ("l'etat c'est moi"), so whatever is good for Trump is, by definition, good for the country.

I used to respect Dershowitz. He seemed to be capable of interesting legal/constitutional insight in his younger days. Something along the way (money?) turned him into a right-wing shill.

Allegedly apparently 3 years ago Al Dersh said that Trump would be a corrupt president. Perhaps money exchanged hands for the testimonial? Thank you for your reply SP and Happy Thursday to thee! :)

I do believe he did.  The ends justify the means.
