How many times has dumb don said "I don't know him" and later on we find out he not only knows him but slept with him figuratively?

Did he ever say that about a woman? "I don't know her"? Don'tcha think that is VERY CURIOUS for a guy who thinks he is the male version of arm candy/hot tamale whom all the women loved to be around so he could paw them and fondle them and they "let him"? Weird guy. Wired weird. Coming unglued.
