Allegedly "they" used an APP that hadn't been tested counting votes by mobile phone. What could go wrong?

A shady company called SHADOW? Or one named ACRONYM? Where will the blame lie and will it be shared/ spread around? Why are elections so rife with problems? Why can't we get it right? Will we ever or is that never gonna happen?
