It was the only decent thing to do with such a load of ...?

Did you watch the speech?  It was downright funny.  Pelosi had a hard time keeping from blowing up during the speech.  Many times she mouthed words of discontent (obscenities?), other times she bit her lip ... hard.  She purposefully made distractions by playing with her copy of the speech.  An when it came to his ripping on california she just about got up in order to punch him out.

All the democrats did the exact same thing the republicans did in the senate trial - slouched, dozed off, fiddled with minor things, and otherwise paid no attention.

Awarding a medal to Limbaugh (and having his wife pin it on)???

No, she NEEDED to rip it up!  I'm kind of wondering... if she had jumped him, who would have won the fight?

Watch it? Listen to it? No my friend my constitution is too delicate to expose myself to that. I made it a point to NOT WATCH/LISTEN figuring I'd get a good enough synopsis to get the gist of it. So you think she was justified in doing that? Remember after another speech dumb don gave she stood up and kept clapping clapping clapping? I thought THAT putdown was classic Nancy. Thank you for your take on it Shuhak. You are younger stronger braver than me. I can't take him in any dose at all. I mute immediately. Chicken I am and chicken I shall always be vis a vis the big he! :)! This post was edited by RosieG at February 5, 2020 1:29 PM MST

I must admit I flipped a bit during parts of it (between Star Trek and Big Bang theory).  I know it'd be a smug-fest (which it was), but I got a kick out of how the other people in the room responded to it.
