Usually we reward EXCELLENCE with rewards awards plaques trophies not shoddy crap. However to be fair can't shoddy crap be acknowledged?

The not-so-hot otta be annointed appointed heralded admired too. Ya know how they give every kid on a team a trophy so no one feels bad doesn't feel left out or inadequate? Why not give trophies to the "also rans" so they don't feel less than?
