The city of Calabasas, California bans smoking in all outdoor spaces where others may be subjected to secondhand smoke. Wanna smoke outside?

Drive to a different city. Or smoke at home and subject your loved one to secondhand smoke unless they all smoke in which you will be living in a smokehouse 24/7 and perhaps end up going to heaven.

How long will it other cities to do the same thing?

Smokers will be OUTRAGED! What about THEIR RIGHTS?

What right do smokers have polluting the air others breathe and subjecting them to possible LUNG CANCER?

Oh he** I dunno. Smokers gotta be richer than non.

    In IL, people are required to smoke outside or in their home.  No smoking in any public building. (Even if privately owned)
    So, I do not see them following suit.

    Around here, the only place one can smoke is in their car, house, or on their property.  Period.  This county is very strict when it comes to smoking.  Since this area is a tender box 9+ months a year, I, for one, am glad.

    It is only rational logical sensible reasonable to do that Shuhak. How many homo saps are? It's good that your area is run by thoughtful folks who can foresee potential consequences and plan for how to avoid them. No hipshot potshot bigshot dumba** as is all we have in dumb city d.c. with of course the one and only dumb don as the head intellectual! As I write that I writhe as well as laugh. Uncomfortable.
