We usually get involved in daily routines and usually forget to practice being a better person physically and mentally, Therefore, I thought it would be nice if we set a mission for ourselves each day and practice it in that one particular day. For example, My mission will be to keep smile and keep it cool in spite of every single issue that can make me go nuts. We can have separate and individual missions or we can have it as a group. We can discuss it later and how we were(not) successful. What do you think??
