The Eagles' second US number one single and first Top 40 entry in the UK was the title track from their fourth album "One Of These Nights".
Blocked.
Jeez, not again. That was a good video, and I certainly didn't expect it to be blocked in the USA of all places since it was such a big hit there. Try this one:
Don Henley grew up in East Texas, like myself. When he met Glenn Fry, who was from Detroit and introduced him to Country music, they became one of the most powerful and influential duos in rock music.
Both Don Henley and Glenn Frey went on to make some fine solo music in the 1980s. Don's "Boys Of Summer" and Glenn's "The Heat Is On" are both still jukebox favourites today. So, of course, are many of the Eagles songs. :)
