I loved EWF. They were from Chicago. The guys in EWF were good friends of the guys in Chicago. The two bands went on a joint concert tour where they helped each other play all the big hits each of the bands recorded. It was awesome.
Both bands recorded for the same record company, Columbia Records (known as CBS records in the UK).
