What causes hostility between Scorpio and Pisces?

These two signs are both in the Water element and therefore they should get along famously, yet I have encountered a shocking amount of hostility between people of these signs. Why do you think that is?

    I've no idea. I'm a Pisces and I've never had any problems with any Scorpios I know.

    Really? I'm a Scorpio and I've never met a Pisces I don't get on with. I didn't know there was hostility between those two signs. Can you give any examples?
