What's that app/website's name again?
I was happy with EP the way it was before the shutdown. Are they up & going again?
I was too. NO I don't think it is but it would be great if it does, right?
It is called similarworlds.com. I still like EP much better though
If you mean Similar Worlds, yes, I have been using it a little, though it's been a while. It's still a work in progress, so it doesn't have all the features that EP had yet, but they're working on it. And it has a couple of features that EP didn't have, so it might eventually turn out to be even better. I just wish it had more people. But unfortunately a lot of people from EP didn't trust it. Maybe more of them will now, now that it's fully operational.
I like it, for the most part. It just needs a little more work and a lot more people. But it holds great promise.
I have been and it was alright. Though last night I was really irritated with it when for no reason I lost the ability to be able to chat with a large number of users, including some that I had been chatting with almost every day. I know that I wasn't blocked by the user because it was many of them all at once, and I was in the middle of a conversation with one of them. If they are going to start telling me who I can and can't communicate with I am done with that site
Nope. I didn't knew it existed until you mentioned it.
It was probably just a glitch in the system. I've never had that happen to me on there, but then I've only been chatting with a few people on there. The only site that I know of that imposes limits on how much a person can do within a certain period of time (such as how many friend requests you can send out and how many posts you can like) is Facebook. And that annoys me to no end. As far as I know, Similar Worlds has no such limits. If it happens again, you may want to contact the admin of the site and tell them what's happening. They're great about responding to people's questions, complaints, and concerns. Good luck!
I am not the only one it happened to. It is a restriction that was imposed, others have noticed it too. I was able to get a message to a friend and it seems that they are indeed controlling who can communicate with who. I looked and there is no "contact us" tab or option that i can find
Hmm, that is strange. I've never heard of that before. So there are certain people that not everyone can communicate with for some reason? I must say, that confuses me. I don't know why they would do that. I just found out that if you do ever want to contact Similar Worlds admin and ask them about it, you can email them at support@similarworlds.com. I hope that helps, and I hope that that restriction is lifted at some point.
