    I've never heard of it, but I went to PissedConsumer.com and, while the first couple of reviews were years ago, there were a couple that were more current.  Judge for yourself:

    It's not a social site.  It's a site where you interact with professionals re particular problems you might be having.  I think it's like fixit where you get an answer and then pay for it based on your satisfaction.....or something along those lines.
