However many manufacturers or importers will take ordinary lesser oils and label it with another label to charge you more. I saw an entire program about that. Also you do know that much of the first in markets AND RESTAURANTS is mislabeled, right? They sell you expensive and serve you cheap. It is a rather large percentage.
