If I want to go out to eat for a good meal, it's at least a 30 minute hard drive. To find a good Indian restaurant, I have to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes one way. Our lovely Veena offered to share some of her recipes with me. She sent me a recipe for Vegetable Korma which I cooked up today. I am in forking SEVENTH HEAVEN! It's the best Vegetable Korma I've ever had! THANK YOU VEENA! THANK YOU VEENA!
