    Ghengis Kahn. It's hard to explain why, but when I read his biography, I found out, for his time, he wasn't such a bad guy.

  • George S. Patton was a pretty smart commander ... in strategic matters.  However, he lacked a lot in personal interactions with his superiors and the troops.
