The local banks are Bank of America and Chase bank. The lines can be very long. Chase installed a few machines which have limited-purpose use. They want you to bank online (I REFUSE to do so) use the machines or  shut up and stand in line  docily . Didn't used to be that way. More and more it seems businesses are catering to the wealthy and make no excuses for doing so. Do you have any similar stories to share where you are being let down service-wise because you're just small potatoes?
