Futurely any legal case involving don or in which don takes interest will be decided according to his wishes. What does that mean?

That the lawyers who were used to doing their jobs as they learned to do and the judges who decided those cases after deliberation might not want to waste any time on them knowing that all the work that went into would be discarded and disregarded.

Would you simply stop taking any cases that you thought would be like that?

So then how is justice served? It isn't. It's screwed lewd rude due to one crude dude. PERFECT!

DOJ does not decide the case. Once it goes to the court it is the judge who will make the decision.
The judge will decide what sentence is appropriate.
