Which Dem candidate do you think can best go toe to toe with don and smack him down in debates?

After all don cheats and lies and denies and hits below the belt all the time.

Who can counter his dirty filthy lying crap best without getting down and rolling in the slime scum sludge with him?

I think Bloomberg would do an admirable job.

You know sweetie I'm beginning to think so too. I've got our ballots for the Primary which will be March 3 and I want to mail them in today. We vote by mail. I wanted Kamala Harris but she left the battle so now it's a tossup among several of them. If I could just foresee who would do the best job for me I'd have no problem. But honestly isn't it always a crapshoot? Thank you for your reply L and Happy Valentine's Friday to you! :)

I can understand your confusion.  I want someone sensible.  I don't want whoever it is to give away the store on my dime.  I want someone who is as interested in the middle class as they are in everyone else.  The wealthy don't need any more tax loopholes or their taxes lowered.  The middle class, which has pretty much kept this country going since it's inception, is shrinking.   If something is not done soon, we will be a two class society - the rich and the poor.  Happy Valentine's Day. :)

Sorry, but Bernie is always yelling and I don't like that.  I also don't want him giving my money away - call me crazy.  He's just too far left for my taste.

I do not think any have a chance.

Bernie is likely top spot there.
Bloomberg cannot stand up to T Trump.   Too much flip flopping recently.
Creepy Uncle Joe on the bottom.

Bloomberg would be PERFECT to go at Trump.  You gotta be kidding me.  Have you seen his ads?  Have you taken your head out of the sand?

He can pick any of the atrocities that you and your church ignore and wipe the floor with that crook, con and moron.  I think he sucked as a mayor, but he did not break any laws, act treasonously, screw the American people over and over again and no pathological lying either.

Compared to Hitler Trump?   Bloomberg is several rungs above Trump on any ladder of merit.   Because Trump doesn't even know that ladder exists.

We will have some milktoast Centrist Dem that will appease the Democrats.   That will be the worst choice.  That was how we lost the last time.   But this IS different.  PEOPLE now HATE AND LOATHE TRUMP.  So, no matter what you say, the winds of change can come this time.  But I think we need Bernie.  He can address the COMMUNIST B.S. and the rich liars.

Obama did it and I think if Bernie ran, maybe Trump would not be sitting there.

    I loved Kamala.

What a shame she didn't get further. She will make a significant mark no matter.  I love that girl.

What ballots are you mailing in?   I don't understand.  We are not even done counting New Hampshire, are we?  ???????

Any one who can put two sentences together will be his enemy.

That leaves out Joe Biden, that is for sure.    HOW OLD IS THAT RELIC anyway?    Get him off the stage already.   He called a voter a dog faced pony soldier.  Is that the nonsense he is gonna use on Trump?

Go take a nap, Joe, Trump is right about you.  Sleepy and totally out of touch.

I'd love to see Warren take him on, but anyone could do it.  But Biden.  Forget Biden.

I feel very sorry for him Sharon. He has suffered so much personal tragedy and to end up like this breaks my heart. He waited too long. SIGH. Timing is everything and I think his timing was way off. Thank you for your reply. A sad way to end a career. :(

I don't feel sorry for him because he doesn't really want to.  He is doing it because he felt that was the ONLY way to beat Trump.  But he knows he is old and tired and needs to step down.  He is harmless. But we need more than that if we expect change.  And not to expect change is now disaster.   That is why Hilary lost it for us.  She was more GOP than the GOP.   Bernie is the ONLY answer for me.  We need to seriously get behind him.  Not sort of.  Not half way.  It is the only way out.

I don't trust any one else.

Different strokes Sharon. I didn't like Bernie i 2016 and I don't like him now. Old irascible angry. It's very tiring to have to listen to the SAMEOLDSAMEOLDSAMEOLD. Where is his charm, sense of humor? I see ZERO soft side. ZERO kind bedside manner. I want that. Sharp edges angry speech angular no round corners. I just do not like the man. So shoot me. Thank you for your reply.

Anyone could smack him down in an honest debate.  he's unarmed.
Unfortunately... so are the democratic nominees...

    - Biden's has a "mommy issue" with Obama (me and Obama, when I was with Obama, that's not how me and Barrack did it) make him unstable when debating.

    - Sanders only knows free healthcare (every issue comes back to a billion people not having healthcare).  Bit more to a debate than that.

    - Steyer is solely fixated on beating donald trump. He'd be boxed into a corner within 5 minutes against a blowhard like trump.

    - Warren is living in the post (stories about her parents and grandparents).  The best she could hope for is to bore trump to death.

    - Buttigieg  may talk and act "smooth",  but in a debate against trump and his ego, he'd be totally flustrated.  (uh... um... but... well...)

    - Klobuchar isn't grand at debating.  trump is a slick liar and name caller.  She'd crumble before him.

I know very little about Bloomberg and his ability to debate.

Well I'd like to mail our ballots today Shuhak but I still don't know what to do. Voting for anyone is ALWAYS A CRAPSHOOT but it would be nice to think the person I vote for will do the best job and how would I know that? So Scylla and Charbdis are my companions at the moment. What are YOU gonna do? I don't mean for you to tell for whom you plan to vote but do you have one candidate you would feel GOOD about voting for? I sure hope so because at the moment I don't. Thank you for your reply! :)

In my opinion, none of the candidates are fit to be president.  Most have but a single nail in their platform... and it's thin and very rusty.   I'm going to hold off voting until later, just to see if anyone else drops out first.  Other than that....    ????

Biden's has too much baggage.  He might have made a good president 16 years ago, but not now.
Sanders is a socialist.  That's was the path of the former Soviet Union.
Warren has no solid platform (she barely has one at all) and vacillates between being too rigid and too flippy floppy.
    Styer is very weak.
Klobucher has no clue how to be a president.
Butigieg is too young (not enough experience).

This is just my personal opinion.
