    Don't let Bush off the hook - a major factor was the complete lack of oversight. This is what happens when capitalism ravages unchecked. Regulation is necessary - the GFC needn't have happened and wouldn't have if the governments of the world hadn't been asleep at the wheel.     The dumb sh** salesperson who sells things to folks who CLEARLY can't afford it. The people are stupid for being forced into overextending themselves but they are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. The shady snaky slimy scumbag salespeoples are the problem. Anything for a sale even if it ends in disaster for the ignorant/dumb person who bit. I cahn't stend it! Thank you for your reply R.
