They are diseased and dying. Do we try to "save" them or let them die and start fresh? Why waste time/effort?

Judicial Legislative Executive branches of gubment are rife with disease and are dying.

There are no weapons or tools or ways to save them. Just let them die naturally or hasten the death to start fresh? Time is of the essence.
