Should lawyers who lie be disbarred? Any lawyer who allows his/her client to plead insanity and isn't is a LIAR. Right?

How far is a lawyer allowed to ETHICALLY go to service a client?

If true that lawyers are OFFICERS OF THE COURT how is it possible to condone LYING? Either by commission or omission a liar is a liar is a liar.

Do all lawyers LIE even the best of the breed? Is lawyering among the most dishonorable professions?

    A lawyer is not a psychologist so they cannot make that determination. 
    Lawyers are legally obligated to force the state to prove their case. They are not supposed to lie to do it. But legally they are not allowed to disclose that a client told them of a past crime. Bit they are supposed to tell about any future crime.

    Your first sentence does not compute m2c. What does it mean exactly because it sounds like nonsense to me. If a lawyer KNOWS the client is sane and the only way to save his client's a** is to plead insanity what determination do you mean? What are YOU talking about? I am talking about KNOWINGLY LYING. Are you telling me a lawyer who is not a psychologist does not know when he is lying or his client is lying? C'mon. Seriously? Thank your reply. It wasn't helpful but you tried.

    People are trained to medically diagnose if a person is mentally ill. Legally a lawyer cannot make that determination. It is up to a licensed psychologist...normally one who is appointed by a judge.  Some crimes to do them, you have to be some kind of crazy.
