What do you think of a company that's been in business for ten years with no reviews from customers?

Would depend on their price and what type product/service involved. If is was something inexpensive and not crucial, I would use them. And give an honest review.

But I would assume that they have not been very active in business and basically had the paperwork done but nothing else.
