I don't know why people don't listen to the police. Yes he was unarmed but he was not obeying commands. He was still walking and he lowered one hand to his pocket.

The officer who killed him has been charged with Manslaughter m2c. The tape was reviewed and it is clear cut. You take the side of the officer who did the deadly deed.  I don't understand why. Thank you for your reply and Happy Friday to thee! :)

Did you watch the video? He was not following commands and his hands were NOT up when he was shot. One hand was in his pocket.
Both the female officer with the gun and the other officer with the taser fired their weapons at the same time indicating they both perceived the same threat at the same time. So either some threat was there or they conspired to shoot at the same time to... whatever.
Yes she was charged... I don't believe there will be a conviction.
