The head would have to be LARGER than the other heads. Not sure how that could be effected but is an urgent necessity. I wonder if there is already a plan to do that? I wonder how much it would cost? But of course cost is not object when urgent essential is on the table. It could cost billions I suppose. Nothing is too good for the head that would be carved thereon. Price is no object when it comes to honoring massively important people.
