Every new job has a LEARNING CURVE even if you're very experienced knowledgeable educated. How long is a learning curve for ZERO experience?

The new ACTING HEAD of the National Security Agency  is BOSS of 17 Intelligence Agencies.

I wonder who gets the job of educating him about the ins and outs of INTELLIGENCE procedures?

He is a temporary holding a space until a PERMANENT head is nominated and advised and consented to by the Senate. Which will be whenever.

In the interim the boss knows nothing about what you do how you do it why you do or how well you do it. Where do you start on the teaching curve so his learning curve can be accelerated?

Of course it depends on how super smart intelligent he is though he is a another loyalist so that mitigates the intelligence requirement hugely. How hugely may be moot if the temp is a mediocre brain type of guy. Less than mediocre will work too. What matters most is he is steadfastly loyal. Right? Well he sure as he** is that.

The learning curve would depend on the job one is expected to do.  Learning how to wrap a present at Bonwit Teller would take a relatively short period of time.  Learning how to do brain surgery would take a little longer.

Agreed. The LEARNING CURVE of the HEAD OF THE 17 INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES would be what considering the "head" is not intelligent and has zero education knowledge experience background in Intelligence.. So would you say a week from  NEVER? Thank you for your reply L! :)
