If the dumb of don can pull that off I bet he pardons Hitler next.

    In the US Constitution it says that a president looses  his power to pardon people if they have been impeached. So no Trump couldn't legally pardon Epstein but he doesn't always obey the Constitution so who knows. Cheers and happy weekend!

    It does? Geez Nanoose you know more about our Constitution than I do! See why I am impressed with you? Thank you for that info. However as you said he never follow rules he ignores laws because he is above all everything and whatever he wants to do is legal because he wants to do it. So I dunno. Thank you for your reply and Happy Saturday. So far as you know how is doing faring vis a vis the Coronavirus thingy? Safe so far I hope?

    Ya he just got done pardoning a few people and I bet that will be disputed in Court and maybe one fine day they will find  that they aren't pardoned because Trump didn't have the power to do it.  As far as I know I am doing OK on the virus but it sure worries me. Cheers and happy weekend!

    Didn't Bill Clinton pardon lots of folks at the end? How did he do that Nanoose? Anyway thanks for the info. How do you KNOW that stuff? Seriously?     Ya I just researched and maybe I was mistaken - A president has power to pardon except in cases of impeachment. It might of been a essay by Alexander Hamilton that made me think a impeached president looses his pardoning powers. Cheers and happy weekend!
