What method serves you best when you are experiencing difficulties? Do you become very quiet/aloof or do you use others as sounding boards?

I withdraw even further.  In my mind my "troubles" aren't important; trivial in comparison to others.  So I withdraw and strive to work through them by myself.

I used to be that way Shuhak but now as you may have observed I use the kind folks on Answermug as sounding boards. For example you advised me not to force Jim to get hearing aids. Your mom was forced to get them and she never wears them. I get a lot of excellent feedback here. Of course I don't share EVERYTHING but mostly I do and it is very helpful to me to get honest feedback. It gives me a different slant that I can't get on my own. Thank you for your reply m'dear. :)

I get quiet. And try not to snap at people. Until I work out whatever the issue is.

I come here and I ask questions m2c. I know you know that. Now of course I don't share EVERYTHING but I do share most things that are troubling me. I always get good feedback and helpful information that I couldn't possibly get all alone on my own. Different strokes. Thank you for your reply and Happy Monday! Wonder how Super Tuesday will go?
