The advice we have had here is to stay at home and contact your health-centre or the National Health Service advice-service from there, rather than risk infecting others.
Self-quarantine if you are experiencing MILD symptoms. But how do you know what MILD is and when you are at grave risk? The elderly (over 65) are the ones who are dying..usually due to underlying health problems which the COVID 19 exacerbates. Cough and a fever is one thing. But shortness of breath? That seems very scary to me and I don't know if I'd want to experience it any longer than I had to. Hopefully this is all academic Durdle. Thank you for your reply. :)
