If it were anyone else in the world making the same statement, it would be easy to say that anything is possible. In the case of the "Chinese Gubment", they're not exactly known for their sterling integrity and honesty. Of course, there are many here that desire a relationship between a strong, manipulative Chines "gubment" and a weaker, subservient US. Reminds one of the power to create and control nature that G W Bush supposedly had with Hurricane Katrina. Tell me there's no element of humor even in the worst crises.
China does not want to take responsibility for their poor handling (LYING and refusing help in containment)....
Everyone knows exactly were it came from....it is called the Wuton Virus for a reason. It came from their food markets. I remember hearing something about bats early on.
