Why do "THEY" care what the ethnic composition is?

Who cares if the body is filipino or norwegian or german or ixstockciwhattle? WHAT ESSENTIAL necessity does that serve exactly?

    They have used it for citizenship count. Race, income, job, age, immigration, etc. 

    The information is used by gov for House Representatives, school needs, hospital needs. Welfare needs.
