Isn't the purpose of the CENSUS to get an accurate BODY COUNT on which the number of Representatives a state is entitled to have is based?

Why do "THEY" care what the ethnic composition is?

When a body meets a body coming through the rye

Who cares if the body is filipino or norwegian or german or ixstockciwhattle? WHAT ESSENTIAL necessity does that serve exactly?

    They have used it for citizenship count. Race, income, job, age, immigration, etc. 

    The information is used by gov for House Representatives, school needs, hospital needs. Welfare needs.

    That way they can get the racial makeup of the cities and give that info to insurance companies, who will use that info to red line.
