Are you BORN that way or are you an after-market product?

Some believe 100% in SCIENCE ONLY
Some believe 100% in GOD ONLY
Some scientists believe in GOD. Born to it or made to be that way after birth by outside influences?

Are you a natural untouched original or have you been modified once you left the production line? Was it anything over which you had control or was it forced on you against your will?

    We are all born atheists.
    We are taught to believe in a certain god, or not.  Generally by our parents.

    If we were born believing in a god, that would mean there are multiple gods that rule over different parts of the Earth.
    It would also mean it's "okay" for the followers of said gods to kill unbelievers in their sphere of influence.
    EG: Hindus could kill non-Hindus in the area the Hindu Pantheon rules.

    It would also mean gods can lose power, if they lose believers.
    EG: The Pantheon of the Romans has no power today, because there are so few believers.

    Your first sentence seems so certain. How do you KNOW that Walt? The riff you took does not compute to me. Now that's doesn't mean it makes no sense. It means it makes no sense to me. There are too many assumptions about things you cannot possibly KNOW. So while I acknowledge your right to believe as you wish I retain the right to tell you it makes no sense to me. Where doth the TRUTH LIE? WE CAN NEVER KNOW THAT FOR SURE on this plane of existence. If there is an afterwards then perhaps it is there we will learn all about it.     If we were born believing in a god ... we wouldn't need anyone telling us about it.
    There would be no need to "spread the gospel".
    And if there was one god - we would all be born with the belief in that single god.

    The reason there are so many belief systems, is because children are taught to believe in whatever system their parents believe in.
