Because he saw an episode of 'Dr. Who' on TV and thinks they're the same thing - people traveling around in a box spreading germs.
This prez refuses to accept responsibility... for anything. he continually says stupid things in an effort to make himself look good. Yet, instead of owning up to his words/lies, he quickly tries to shift blame/responsibility to someone else. Thereby weaseling out of any accountability ("wasn't me", "fake news", "I never even heard of that person").

Answer me this if you can Shuhak. Why is it that you and I and others of our ilk see right through him while his adoring base worships supports embraces defends protects embraces whatever he says/does?
I can't get a good grasp on any "reason" for it. I just read that 44% of the American people approve of how HOAX is handling COVID 19. WHO ARE THOSE PEOPLE? Thank you for your reply! :)
